Training in Paris with other professionals INTER-company training courses
The Mediation School organises short training courses of 1 to 3 days, led by certified trainers with mediation experience and researchers.
We offer both face-to-face training courses in Paris and training courses from our catalogue or tailor-made courses in your premises, for your teams.
All our training courses balance practical contributions, theoretical insights and exchanges of experience. Our organisation meets the requirements of the National Quality Standard – Qualiopi for its training activities.

Les Rencontres Pro.
Question your practices, discover new tools and expand your network
Every month, we organize a series of Rencontres Pro meetings around a theme in the “field”, linked to mediation practices.
The School of Mediation offers a free thematic cycle of professional meetings so that mediation actors can broaden their networks, discover tools, and question their practices while making a link between research and innovation in the field.

Co-constructing research-action projects and experimental actions
Activities to share, prototype, test and evaluate mediation actions and identify changes in practices and representations.
All our activities are designed by teams bringing together several structures and profiles to vary approaches, skills and experience:
